ORDERS

What is included with every nail order?

Every nail order comes with a complimentary nail care kit, which includes:

2 sticky tab sheets
2 alcohol pads
1 buffer
1 nail file
1 plastic cuticle pusher
1 cuticle oil

As we want your K-Popped! sets to stay reusable, nail glue is not included by default unless requested.

For local orders, complimentary tracked Singapore postage is included with all nail orders.

For charm-only orders, complimentary local tracked postage is included for orders above $30 SGD.

International shipping charges and any applicable taxes or duties will apply separately.

Do I get freebies with my order?

Of course hehe! It wouldn’t be K-Popped! without freebies. 🤭

For your first online nail set purchased, you’ll also receive:

A binder sleeve to store your nail set
A complimentary photocard album to keep your K-Popped! nail collection organised
K-Pop freebies related to your bias, bias wrecker, or both if you’re lucky 👀

Freebies are complimentary and subject to availability, so the exact inclusions may differ between orders.

Can I request my bias or bias wrecker for the freebies?

Yes! Where the option is available during checkout, let us know your group, bias and/or bias wrecker and we’ll try our best to match your freebies accordingly.

As freebies are complimentary and dependent on availability, we unfortunately cannot guarantee specific members or items but we’ll always try our best!

Do you accept custom nail orders?

How much are custom orders?

Prices vary depending on the design tier, complexity, materials and add-ons required.

Are design drafts included with custom orders?

Design drafts are not included by default.

If you would like to review a draft before production, you may select:
Draft based on nail design reference(s) provided — +S$6
Draft based on moodboard / concept references only — +S$8

Drafts will extend the lead time by approximately 3–7 days.

Once your draft is sent, please review and respond within 48 hours from the time it is sent. If no reply is received within this timeframe, we will proceed with the latest draft as shown and no further design changes can be made afterwards.

If No draft required is selected, production will proceed after payment based on the details and references submitted in your form. Once completed, the set will be fulfilled as-is, and remakes, redesigns or replacement nails will not be provided due to personal preference where the set was made according to the confirmed information.

What happens to my custom design after my order is completed?

By default, custom designs are considered Standard Customs.

This means K-Popped! may photograph and post the completed design on our social media, website and public Google Drive archive, and the design may also be recreated or ordered by other customers in future.

If you would prefer your design to have limited or full exclusivity, you may select an exclusivity option when submitting your Custom Order Form.

Can I keep my custom design exclusive?

Yes! We offer two exclusivity options for customers who would prefer their custom design not to be recreated or resold:

Display Only Exclusivity — +S$15
Your completed design may still be posted on our social media and public Google Drive archive, but it will not be listed on our website, recreated or resold.

Full Exclusivity — +S$30
Your completed design will not be publicly posted or displayed on our social media, website or public Google Drive archive, and will not be recreated or resold.

Exclusivity applies to the specific completed design as a whole and does not cover general colours, techniques, charms, motifs, K-Pop references or individual design elements.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please check all your order details carefully before checking out, especially your nail size, shape, design and shipping address.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see if changes can still be made.

However, as most of our items are handmade to order, we cannot guarantee amendments once your order has entered production.

Do you accept rush orders?

Rush orders are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on our artists' availability and the complexity of your set.

If you need your nails for a specific concert, event or date, please contact us before placing your order so that we can advise whether we are able to meet your timeline.

Please do not place an order first and assume it will arrive by your event date, especially for non-instock sets!

I'm ordering for a concert. How early should I order?

The earlier, the safer.

Most made-to-order nail sets require approximately 3–4 weeks excluding delivery time.

We strongly recommend leaving additional buffer time before concerts or important events in case of unexpected production or shipping delays.

If your concert is coming up soon, check out our Instocks collection for sets that are already made and ready to be mailed!

SIZING & FIT

What if I don't know my nail size?

No worries!

You can follow our Measurement Guide to measure your nails before ordering.

For the best fit, we recommend measuring every nail individually rather than estimating your size.

What happens if I order the wrong size?

As each customer is responsible for selecting their own nail size, we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds or exchanges for sets ordered in the wrong size.

Please double-check your measurements against our sizing guide before purchasing!

Can I customise the sizes in my nail set?

Where custom sizing is available, yes!

Instead of choosing a standard preset size, you may provide your individual nail measurements or sizes to our Telegram @kpoppedbias or Instagram @kpoppednails instead of the options available on the product page.

Please ensure that the measurements submitted are accurate as customised sizing cannot be exchanged once the set has been made.

WEAR, APPLICATION & CARE

Are K-Popped! press-on nails reusable?

Yes! With proper application, removal, care and storage, K-Popped! sets can be reused multiple times.

However, as each set is handmade and may include gel, charms, chrome, rhinestones, decals and other decorative materials, reusable does not mean permanent or maintenance-free.

Over time, natural wear may occur even when the nails are not being worn. Depending on how the set is stored and the materials used, you may notice changes such as slight discolouration, loss of shine, lifting of decorative elements, tarnishing of metal parts or weakening of adhesive/3D components.

For best results, we recommend wearing and enjoying your set within a reasonable period after receiving it and storing it properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.

We are unable to guarantee that a set will remain in its original condition after extended periods of storage.

How long do the press-on nails last?

Wear time varies depending on your natural nails, nail preparation, lifestyle and the adhesive used.

As a general guide:

Sticky tabs: best for temporary wear and when you want easier removal and maximum reusability.

Nail glue: better for longer and stronger wear, although glue residue may require more cleaning which affects the nails being able to be reused multiple times.

Good nail preparation makes a huge difference, so always follow the application instructions included with your order!

Why isn't nail glue included?

Because we want your sets to remain as reusable as possible!

Every nail order includes sticky tabs by default. Nail glue can make removal more difficult and may leave adhesive residue underneath your press-ons.

If you prefer using glue, you may request it where applicable or use your preferred press-on nail glue.

How do I apply my press-on nails?

Application instructions are included with every order.

For the best retention:

Push back your cuticles.
Lightly buff the surface of your natural nails.
Remove dust and oils using the provided alcohol pad.
Ensure your nails are completely dry.
Apply your chosen adhesive.
Press each nail firmly into place.

Avoid getting your hands wet immediately after application whenever possible.

How do I remove my press-on nails?

Please do not forcefully pull or pry your press-ons off especially if you want to reuse them!

Follow the removal instructions included with your order and gently remove them once the adhesive has loosened.

Proper removal protects both your natural nails and your K-Popped! set.

How should I store my nails after wearing them?

Make sure your press-ons are clean and completely dry before storing them.

Keep each set together in its original packaging, nail card & your K-Popped! nail binder to prevent the nails from getting scratched, lost or damaged.

Basically: treat them like photocards but for your fingers HAHAHA.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Will my nail set look exactly like the photos?

All K-Popped! nail sets are 100% handmade. As all artwork and detailing are done by hand, no set can be replicated 100% identically to product photos, references, drafts or previous sets.

Minor variations in linework, placement, colour and detailing are normal and are not considered defects.
We will always aim to recreate the displayed or confirmed design as closely as possible, but please only order if you are comfortable with the natural variations that come with handmade work.

What happens if a charm or material becomes unavailable?

Some charms, decals and materials may be limited, discontinued or unavailable from time to time.

If a particular element of your design is unavailable, we may use the closest suitable alternative while keeping the overall concept and appearance of the original design.

For any major changes that would significantly affect the design, we’ll contact you before proceeding where necessary.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

When will I receive my order?

Most K-Popped! nail sets and charms are made to order, with the exception of items listed under our Instocks collection.

Our usual processing time for made-to-order items is approximately 3-4 weeks before mailing.

Please only place your order if you are comfortable with the stated processing timeline.

Once your order has been mailed:

Singapore: approximately 1–2 working days for tracked local delivery.

International: delivery times vary depending on the destination, postal service and customs clearance.

Processing time and shipping time are separate, so please take both into account when ordering for an event.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship K-Popped! orders internationally.

International shipping fees are calculated separately and delivery times vary depending on your destination.

What if my parcel is delayed?

Once an order has been handed over to the courier or postal service, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control.

Delays may occasionally happen due to peak periods, customs processing, weather or other postal circumstances.

If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

What if my parcel is lost or delivered incorrectly?

Please ensure that your name, address, unit number, postal code and contact details are correct before checking out.

K-Popped! cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

If you believe your tracked parcel has been lost in transit, contact us so we can review the tracking information and assist with the next steps where possible.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & ISSUES

Do you accept refunds, returns or exchanges?

As most of our products are handmade or made specifically for each order, all purchases are final once payment has been made.

We do not accept:

Cancellations
Returns
Refunds
Exchanges due to change of mind
Exchanges for incorrect sizes selected by the customer

Please make sure your order details and nail measurements are correct before checking out.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us on Telegram @kpoppedbias or Instagram @kpoppednails and we’ll do our best to assist.

What if there is an issue with my order?

If you receive an incorrect, missing or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your parcel.

Send us your:

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos or videos where applicable

This allows us to review what happened and advise you on the next steps.

Please do not throw away the affected product or packaging before contacting us, as we may require photos for verification.

Are your designs official K-Pop merchandise?

K-Popped! creates fan-inspired nail art based on the music, concepts, colours, eras and fandoms we love.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are independently created and are not official merchandise or affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the respective artists, entertainment companies or labels.

Can I join the K-Popped! team?

We occasionally work with and recruit nail artists who love both K-Pop and nail art as much as we do!
