CUSTOM ORDER FORM

Got a nail idea you want brought to life?

Whether it’s inspired by a comeback, album, member, concert fit, photocard, moodboard or a completely original concept, we accept custom press-on nail requests!

Each custom set is individually reviewed and quoted based on the design complexity, materials and level of detail required.

HOW IT WORKS

Fill in our Custom Nail Order Form / Custom Charm Order Form with your design references, preferences, nail shape, measurements and required date.
We’ll review your request and get back to you with:
- Design tier
- Final quotation
- Estimated timeline
Once the quotation is accepted and full payment has been made, your order will be confirmed and production will begin.

Please note: submitting the form does not reserve a production slot or confirm your order.

DESIGN DRAFTS

Design drafts are not included by default.

If you would like to review a draft before production, you may select one of the following options in the Custom Nail Order Form:

Draft based on nail design reference(s) provided — +S$6
Draft based on moodboard / concept references only — +S$8

Drafts will extend the lead time by approximately 3–7 days.

Once your draft is sent, please review and respond within 48 hours from the time it is sent.

If no reply is received within this timeframe, we will proceed with the latest draft as shown and no further design changes can be made afterwards.

Once a draft has been confirmed or we have proceeded with the latest draft after the 48-hour response period, the design will be considered final.

If you select No draft required, we will proceed with production after payment based on the details and references submitted in your form. Please ensure that all submitted information is correct before making payment, as no design changes can be made once production has begun.

Once the set has been completed according to the confirmed information, confirmed draft, or latest draft proceeded with after the 48-hour response period, no changes, redesigns or replacement nails can be requested due to a change of preference. The completed set will be fulfilled as-is.

This does not apply to errors on our end where the completed set materially differs from the confirmed order details.

DESIGN EXCLUSIVITY

By default, custom designs are considered Standard Customs and may be photographed, posted on our social media, website and public Google Drive archive, and may also be recreated or resold in future.

If you would like your design to remain exclusive, you may select one of the following options in the Custom Order Form:

Standard Custom — No Exclusivity Fee
May be posted on our social media, website and public Google Drive archive, and may be recreated or resold.

Display Only Exclusivity — +S$15
May be posted on our social media and public Google Drive archive, but will not be listed on our website, recreated or resold.

Full Exclusivity — +S$30
Will not be publicly posted or displayed on our social media, website or public Google Drive archive, and will not be recreated or resold.

Exclusivity applies to the specific completed design as a whole and does not cover general colours, techniques, charms, motifs, K-Pop references or individual design elements.

HANDMADE NATURE OF OUR SETS

All K-Popped! nail sets are 100% handmade.

As all artwork and detailing are created by hand, no set can be replicated 100% identically to reference images, drafts or previously completed sets. Minor variations in linework, placement, colour and detailing are normal and are not considered defects.

Please only proceed with a custom order if you are comfortable with the natural variations that come with handmade work and are not expecting exact replication.

TIMELINE

Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for custom orders to be completed and ready to ship, unless otherwise advised.

If a design draft has been requested, please allow an additional 3–7 days on top of the usual production lead time.

If you require your nails by a specific date, please include the deadline in your form submission.
